1-800-FLOWERS Finalizes $245 Million Personalization Mall Acquisition

Gifting giant 1-800-FLOWERS.COM has completed its purchase of Personalization Mall, an e-Commerce provider of personalized products. The $245 million acquisition, first announced in February, includes a newly renovated 360,000-square-foot production and distribution facility along with Personalization Mall’s customer database, which includes both consumer and corporate accounts.

Personalization Mall’s product offerings include a range of personalization processes including sublimation, embroidery, digital printing, engraving and sandblasting. 1-800-FLOWERS used a combination of cash on its balance sheet and its existing credit facility to fund the purchase, and Personalization Mall will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of 1-800-FLOWERS.
