Gymshark, a UK-based e-Commerce fitness retailer, has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to help streamline its product development process. Gymshark will use the software to help workers collaborate across design, materials, product development, sourcing and production departments.
The retailer aims to speed up every process in its product creation calendar to support its rapid growth. Gymshark also expects the solution to help it reduce errors.
“We risked delays and errors because we were using multiple manual working documents simultaneously across our product teams,” said Justine McCarthy, Product Development Director at Gymshark in a statement. “Speed and accuracy were the primary drivers of the PLM project. We wanted one version of the truth that people could use with confidence to bring products to market faster and more efficiently.”
