BJ’s Wholesale Club is now offering contactless curbside pickup for members at all 219 clubs, after testing the service on a limited basis earlier this year.
“Our new, contactless curbside pickup service is another example of how we’re focused on getting members the products they want, however they want,” said Jeff Desroches, EVP/COO at BJ’s in a statement.
The retailer also has expanded its buy online, pick up in-club service to include fresh and frozen grocery items along with general merchandise, grocery items and sundries. Customers enter the club to pick up their orders, which have been placed in a cart, at the Member Services desk. While the service is currently available in select clubs only, BJ’s plans to roll it out to all locations by the end of October.
