Luxury lifestyle brand Canada Goose has opened a permanent store at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu as part of its broader expansion into the West Coast. The store’s design and experience focus on bringing the brand’s heritage, purpose and function to life.
Each Canada Goose store touts a gallery-like design that includes installations from its Art Collection. More than 500 works are on display across 60 stores, showcased on walls, tables and in dressing rooms. In the Honolulu store, art installations will have a “Patterns and Predecessors” theme, highlighting pieces “connected by generational knowledge and experience with narratives from Hawaii, the Arctic and Southern Canada,” according to a company statement.
Guests can explore Canada Goose’s expanded product assortment, which now includes apparel, lightweight jackets and vests, rainwear and accessories as well as the brand’s signature parkas. Shoppers can even put the performance of these products to the test by stepping into its signature Snow Room, which simulates snowfall and reaches temperatures as low as -10°F.
