Symphony RetailAI has appointed Todd P. Michaud, as President and CCO of the Americas for its Retail Solutions Division.
The company plans to leverage Michaud’s previous experience at software organizations including Retalix, Revionics and NCR to accelerate its growth across the Americas.
Symphony RetailAI has rapidly expanded over the past year with the addition of AI and machine learning capabilities that enabled the company to expand its category management, supply chain, personalized marketing, and customer-centric insights solutions.

In the role, Michaud will work with retailers and CPG manufacturers to ensure they are benefitting from the company’s existing solutions, as well as new AI-enabled offerings including: Personalized Marketing, its digital assistant, CINDE, SR Promotion PlanningAI, and SR Virtual Store Remodeling.
Michaud’s appointment comes two months after Mike Bristol’s appointment as VP Personalized Marketing.

Prior to joining Symphony RetailAI, Michaud led NCR’s Global Enterprise, Merchandising and Supply Chain Group. Before that, he served as President of Retalix USA, CEO of Revionics and President of IDS.
