The TouchCommerce mobile chat solution can be customized for each mobile user, and offers full transparent background support, so consumers can view the site behind the chat window. A fully minimizable chat window also enables consumers to navigate throughout the site without losing the chat function. The window includes a scrolling marquee displaying the most recent agent message and an incremental message indicator that displays unread agent messages.

Mobile chat from TouchCommerce is an HTML5 solution supported by all browsers and does not depend on any additional software or applications to function.
