Travel operator FTI GROUP is partnering with TouchCommerce to increase sales generated through its 5vorFlug brand, which offers visitors access to more than 150 million travel deals for destinations worldwide.
Using the TouchChat solution, FTI agents will be able to assist online customers as they browse through package tours and last-minute travel opportunities. The proactive and reactive chat capabilities, in turn, are expected to help generate more revenue for 5vorFlug.
The chat solution is integrated within the online customer experience, helping to create a more seamless customer service experience. FTI selected TouchCommerce because the company offers a complete chat solution package, providing ongoing support and detailed customer analytics, leading to more relevant interactions and memorable brand experiences.
