Retail TouchPoints will be a co-sponsor and media partner for Digital Experience Forum: Winning with DX – A Summit For Future Success (DX Forum), presented by HighStreet Collective. The event will take place March 27 in Las Vegas. Andrew Gaffney, President and Founder of Retail TouchPoints, will present a session, titled: Attribution: Advanced and Advantage for Innovation ROI.
Laura Davis-Taylor and Ed King, Co-Founders of HighStreet Collective, created the DX Forum with the goal of sparking a broader conversation about the challenges that brick-and-mortar retail and other vertical industries of the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) face when it comes to effective customer engagement. The forum will take place one day prior to the opening of the DSE.
Gaffney’s presentation will explore how attribution modeling — the way touch points in shopper paths are credited for contribution to sales conversion — can be tracked with rarely-seen customer data to understand the correlation between customer experience and transactions. Additionally, Retail TouchPoints will feature a special report follow-up to the event and editorial features that will expand on the topics discussed.
