The companies plan to leverage their strategy, analytics and consulting experience to help retailers focus on sustainable and differentiated growth.
Precima provides analytics, enterprise-strength software-as-a-service (SaaS), cloud-based solutions and consulting support to provide strategic price, promotion, assortment, space and personalized marketing decisions to retailers.
WWA delivers services including strategic planning, organization restructuring, strategic retailer/supplier collaboration, trade promotion optimization, brand marketing shopper insights and category management for retailers.
