Portuguese fashion accessory retailer Parfois has implemented the Oracle Retail Merchandise Operation Suite and Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System to support its growth and international expansion plans.
The platforms are designed to:

Decrease human error and consistency issues that came from previous operational systems.
Parfois partnered with Oracle Gold Partner Retail Consult to deploy Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Oracle Retail Trade Management and Oracle Retail Warehouse Management.
“Prior to the implementation of Oracle Retail, our merchandising processes could not scale to support new business models,” said Frederico Santos, CIO and CFO of Parfois. “Several of our core processes were supported by Excel-based tools that were prone to human error and a lack of consistency. Our transformational initiative allowed us to evolve and efficiently prepare for growth opportunities today and tomorrow.”
Parfois operates more than 750 stores across in 58 countries, but plans to triple the number of stores by 2023.
