By focusing on personalizing the experience, Sutherland is showcasing a dashboard that uses analytics to identify personal recommendations based on real-time activities.

Sutherland also is venturing into robotics with the introduction of the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solution to help with retail order processing. The RPA solution is designed to eliminate manual back-office functions and improve operational efficiencies.
