ChannelAdvisor Improves Paid Search With New Release

In its Spring 2013 release, announced today, ChannelAdvisor has upgraded its Paid Search capabilities, virtualized inventory capabilities and implemented several platform updates.

New features include:

  • A revamped Keyword Generator;
  • Negative Keyword Suggestions; and
  • A Seasonal Bid Adjuster.

“Bidding through ChannelAdvisor’s actionable reporting feature is much more efficient than bidding directly in the search providers’ platforms,” said Discount Ramps President Joel Lederhause, in a ChannelAdvisor press release. “We love how it’s all on one page, and we can quickly bid on metrics across providers.”

In another update, ChannelAdvisor is now offering retailers the ability to virtualize inventory. “Retailers can juggle inventory quantity across advertising channels, including eBay’s global sites, in order to advertise their full quantity everywhere online,” the company reported in the press statement. “Retailers can share that same quantity between eBay sites in different countries using the eBay Quantity Allocation Option, which broadens product visibility while mitigating the risk of overselling.”
