Bazaarvoice and TurnTo Networks are partnering to enable TurnTo clients to syndicate their ratings and reviews into the Bazaarvoice Retailer Network.
The partnership expands Bazaarvoice’s ability to import consumer-generated content (CGC) for retail clients, while providing TurnTo an additional syndication solution for its brands. These brands will be able to further enhance content distribution via the Bazaarvoice Retailer Network by entering a separate agreement with Bazaarvoice for syndication.
The participating brands’ content will go through Bazaarvoice’s authenticity and moderation processes, which are designed to ensure quality reviews and ratings.

The two companies previously have been viewed as competitors, but are joining forces in a time when shoppers demand reliable customer reviews. While 88% of shoppers believe customer reviews help them along the customer journey, only 18% actually trust that all the information in the reviews is valid.

The Bazaarvoice Network includes more than 5,000 retail and brand web sites across North America and Europe. Those sites feature more than 125 million consumer products and 300 million product and service offerings.
