Mi9 Retail has acquired Raymark Xpert Business Systems. The newly combined company will offer a broad suite of real-time enabled applications including merchandising, analytics, point of sale, omnichannel, clienteling and CRM, while continuing to support and develop all existing applications. Neither party disclosed a purchase price.
Based on the growth of its flagship solution that combines merchandising and business intelligence, Mi9 Retail has experienced strong growth over the past two years. Built on a common set of web technologies, retailers can deploy this solution in the cloud, on premises or as a service.
The acquisition enables Mi9 Retail, which has a strong U.S. focus, to serve a larger base of retailers internationally and broaden its offering to include Raymark’s applications. These include mobile POS, mobile inventory management and clienteling solutions designed to enhance customer engagement with real-time visibility into product and customer data across all channels.
“The combination of Mi9 Retail and Raymark is game changing for the retail industry,” said Mi9 President Neil Moses in a statement. “Consistent with the industry trends reported by leading analysts, we sought to combine with Raymark to offer the most robust end-to-end solutions on the market, all based on modern technology, to empower virtually any type of retailer in the world to innovate how they manage inventory, employees and customer interactions.”
