Accenture has acquired marketing and sales capability consultancy Brand Learning. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction positions Accenture to improve its marketing, sales, HR and leadership capabilities by strengthening the company’s ability to drive end-to-end marketing and sales transformation for clients, by creating a service spanning marketing and sales strategy, organizational design and industry specific consulting. The new service will also link with Accenture Interactive’s digital design and engagement capabilities.
The high-level advisory team at Brand Learning will be combined with Accenture’s Customer and Channels management consulting and industry experts.
