Coming off a fiscal year when it boosted net sales 5.1% to $4.68 billion, Floor & Decor plans to open 20 new warehouse-style stores in 2026. The retailer opened 19 net-new warehouse stores and a new distribution center in 2025, giving the company a current total of 270 warehouse stores, five design studios and five distribution centers.
Despite the overall sales increases, comparable store sales suffered in FY 2025, which ended Dec. 25, 2025, falling 1.8% compared to the previous fiscal year. For Floor & Décor’s Q4, net sales increased 2% to reach $1.13 billion, but comp store sales declined 4.8% compared to the same period the previous fiscal year.
