DutyFreeZone.com, which has been supplying products to vendors in the tax-free travel retail sector since 1998, has launched an online marketplace open to both individual consumers as well as wholesalers and distributors. Duty-free products from global brands in categories including alcoholic beverages, fragrances, confectionery, beauty, electronics, fashion and jewelry — everything traditionally found in duty-free shops — will be available online.

The new marketplace also will provide a venue for brands seeking to showcase their products in a global, curated duty-free environment. “We’re transforming the way duty-free works,” said Grattagliano in a statement. “For decades, access to duty-free products was limited to airports and cruise terminals. Now, with our marketplace, anyone — from Dubai to Paris to Los Angeles — can shop duty-free or become a global seller.”
