Desigual Taps Predictive Analytics For Customer-Driven Design Insights

International clothing brand Desigual has partnered with First Insight to leverage consumer-driven predictive analytics for its design decisions. The solution will enable the company to evaluate its designs and products as well as calibrate inventory buys based on direct consumer input and predictive analytics.

Barcelona-based Desigual will also leverage First Insight’s online social engagement tools to gather preference data on new products from customers. First Insight will then analyze the data using its predictive models to better understand the retailer’s customer base and align products with their needs.

“Consumer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. By implementing First Insight, we are enhancing our customer-oriented business model,” the company said in a statement.
