CrossView, provider of cross-channel commerce solutions, announced the addition of mobile solutions to its current suite of offerings during the 2011 National Retail Federation (NRF) annual convention in New York.
The new mobile solutions, Mobile Commerce Store and Mobile Point of Sale are designed to allow cross-channel retailers to leverage their existing infrastructures to deploy mobile web stores, mobile shopping assistance tools and mobile POS for retail sales associates. The solutions, which plug directly into existing cross-channel platforms, enable retailers to create an enhanced mobile shopping experience based on existing customer insight and history.

CrossView’s Mobile Commerce Store is a mobile web application that delivers a smart phone optimized shopping flow and other features, including the ability to buy on mobile, pickup in store with inventory visibility across channels, access product reviews, side-by-side product comparisons, store locators, and access advanced product searches.
CrossView’s Mobile Point of Sale empowers in-store sales associates with intelligent tools to check inventory and process payments quickly. It also can be used as a sales assistance tool for store associates or used to conduct full transactions on the sales floor allowing shoppers to bypass checkout lines.
