Neiman Marcus Group has appointed former Guess? executive Katie Anderson as EVP and CFO, reporting directly to CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck.
In her new role, Anderson will drive all financial functions for the company as well as risk management, real estate, supply chain and tracking progress toward the luxury retailer’s growth execution and strategy. NMG Interim CFO Mark Weinsten will transition from his role with the company following Anderson’s appointment.
Anderson formerly served as CFO at Guess?, and prior to that she was CFO of California Pizza Kitchen and Sprinkles. Anderson started her career in investment banking at Citigroup and then with Moelis & Company.
Anderson’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company as it continues to invest in digital first initiatives as well as stores, data, technology and supply chain.
