Texas Born (TXB), a family of convenience stores and quick food operations with 47 locations across Texas and Oklahoma, has partnered with RangeMe to streamline its product sourcing efforts. TXB, formerly known as Kwik Chek, will gain access to more than 175,000 suppliers through a single platform that the retailer will use to enhance its product mix.
TXB currently offers more than 4,000 items ranging from beverages and grab-and-go snacks to freshly made food. The pandemic has put convenience stores on the lookout for new pantry-filling items, take-home meals and bigger pack sizes of products to help cautious shoppers avoid lines at larger stores. The RangeMe solution will help TXB adjust its current assortment to meet these needs.
“We are constantly on the lookout for superior products to offer to our guests in-store to complement our delicious fresh food options made on site,” said Ben Hoffmeyer, VP of Marketing and Foodservice at TXB in a statement. “We love to source new and exciting products that align with our values and we’re looking forward to utilizing RangeMe’s platform to simplify the process and discover even more amazing partners.”
