Mobile engagement platform Vibes has been integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s (SFMC) Journey Builder to provide retailers native access to its SMS campaign manager. Brands can use this tool to manage SMS campaigns with unique links for each message recipient, including the distribution of mobile wallet passes, to personalize customers’ mobile experiences across their journeys.
The Vibes integration aims to increase engagement and conversion by optimizing the creation of automated one-to-one omnichannel customer journeys using SMS in Journey Builder. Key benefits of this integration include:
