Through the deployment of Movable Ink’s Da Vinci solution, Lands’ End will leverage human-centric AI to better engage existing customers and build a better customer for the future. The ultimate goal is to reshape the retailer’s email marketing program to focus on deepening loyalty and driving long-term customer value.
