1-800-Flowers will join forces with the popular emotional support network Wisdo by offering participation in its Connection Communities for anyone who engages with the retailer. No purchase is required to access the Communities. The partnership marks the launch of the Wisdo Brand Platform, designed for brands seeking to build more meaningful relationships with customers and employees.
More than 1.2 million people have connected 25 million times on Wisdo since its founding in 2016, reducing their anxiety, stress and loneliness with tools such as its Recovery and Wellness Dashboards. Each community allows individuals to contribute to one-on-one and small group conversations, getting help with life’s challenges and benefiting from a supportive network of others who have “been there.”
The eight Connected Communities are:
- Self-Care
- Coronavirus Anxiety
- Increasing Happiness
- Loneliness
- Coping With Loss
- Relationship Advice
- Motherhood
- Caregiving
“Our 1-800-Flowers.com Connection Communities exemplify the distinctive brand experiences we are creating to deepen our relationships with customers and further our vision to inspire more human expression, connection and celebration,” said Chris McCann, CEO, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM in a statement.
