The Chargeback Company, known as Chargebacks911 in the U.S., has announced the appointment of Carolyn Sweeney as Director of Global Business Development. Sweeney will play a key role in the company’s expansion strategies moving forward.
Sweeney joins The Chargeback Company from MasterCard, where she was the VP of Global Chargeback Operations. She has more than 20 years in chargeback management experience, as well as dispute resolution and associated consumer legislation.
“Few people understand chargebacks like [Sweeney] does and having her on board is a testament to the vision and ambition of this company,” said Monica Eaton-Cardone, Managing Director for The Chargeback Company in a statement. “Her natural charisma, proven leadership, and first-hand knowledge of dispute resolution for merchants and banks add further firepower to our burgeoning team.”
