Verizon Digital Media Services, an online video streaming and content delivery network, has partnered with LiquidPixels, Inc. to launch a new Verizon Dynamic Imaging option. The technology is designed to improve web site image quality and load speeds as well as reduce the cost and complexity of image storage and management.
The option is powered by LiquidPixels LiquiFire Operating System and will allow users to maintain one version of each image used on their web sites, by enabling dynamic image resizing, automated image reformatting and flexible file compression.
LiquidPixels Inc. offers customized dynamic imaging solutions. The partnership with Verizon will allow customers to optimize how their web site imagery is delivered to various viewing devices, including mobile.
