UPS Fulfillment Network Partners With SMB Financial Platform

Ware2Go, a UPS-owned on-demand fulfillment network designed to help merchants enhance their delivery experiences, will collaborate with Fundera, an online marketplace for small business financial solutions. The agreement is designed to combine distribution and fulfillment capabilities with multiple financing options from top bank and online lenders as well as credit card issuers.

The Fundera marketplace allows small business owners to apply for financing with more than 30 different lenders using a single application; additionally, the company offers guidance for SMB owners on their financing needs. Ware2Go consists of a network of warehouses that are strategically positioned to support rapid fulfillment, allowing retailers to position products closer to their customers without making long-term volume and time commitments.

Combining the Fundera business financing component with the Ware2Go platform allows qualified merchants to get the financial backing needed to expand their use of the service. A business seeking to broaden its geographic reach would be able to go from a single warehouse to several and stock each location quickly and with minimal friction. Fundera financing also could help these retailers purchase additional inventory with which to stock the distribution centers.
