TimeTrade recently announced the availability of TimeTrade Retail 2.0, a new SaaS solution designed to enable self-service appointment scheduling for retailers’ customers. The announcement was presented during the inaugural members meeting of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. “Multichannel crossover is essential to building customer loyalty and growing retail revenues,” said Gary Ambrosino, President of TimeTrade in a press release. “TimeTrade for Retail 2.0 increases store traffic when customers pre-schedule in-store appointments offered through Internet, social media and catalogue channels. TimeTrade makes it possible for even small and medium-sized retailers to offer this kind of capability.” The new solution offers access to iPad, Android and iPhone users, providing sales associates control over in-store customer flow queue. TimeTrade currently provides online self-service appointment scheduling for more than 10,000 retail locations and its retail customers include Guitar Center, J.Crew, PETCO and Sprint.
