tekservePOS, a retail IT solution provider, is in the process of an extensive rebranding effort. Moving forward, the company will be known as Level 10, and will continue to expand its solutions and services beyond POS hardware.
As Level 10, the company will focus on promoting complementary POS services, which include: Project management services, an integration and repair technical center, warehousing services, in-field technician teams in the U.S. and Canada, a POS software suite and a 24x7x365 service desk.
“We’ve evolved into more than just a POS hardware reseller and, as a result, our name was no longer reflective of who we are as a company,” said John Pruban, President and CEO of tekservePOS/Level 10. “A ‘10’ is culturally known as being the best or highest level of achievement, so that is the level we continually want to enable our customers and employees to reach.”
