Symphony EYC, a provider of customer analytics technology for retailers and manufacturers, has released Symphony EYC Insights 2 Execution, a cloud-based category collaboration platform. The solution is designed to help retailers and CPG manufacturers leverage customer preferences and adopt best practices in category management.
The platform’s initial release, iAssort, provides users with browser-based access to information to help them build localized, space-aware assortments.
By enabling the creation of customer segments and using customer metrics and preferences to drive localized assortments and planograms, the Symphony EYC solution helps make planning more relevant to consumers and specific stores. Users also can identify cross-category dynamics that generate revenue opportunities and, in turn, build optimized and relevant product assortments that take into account the customer, space and inventory available.
