Kendra Scott,Movado and vineyard vines have upgraded their e-Commerce offerings with new gift recommendation software. Shoppers can now send electronic versions of gifts that let the recipients alter their size, color or style, or exchange them for a same-priced item with no hassle. The sender isn’t charged, and the item isn’t shipped, until their choice is made.
The SmartGift platform also enables retailers to offer shoppers improved gift discovery through personalized, data-curated gift recommendations. The platform’s features can help retailers lower the cost of customer acquisition, increase purchase frequency and customer lifetime value.
