Digital fashion and lifestyle marketplace ideel has seen a significant boost in demand and customer engagement during the 2014 holiday season.
Since November, the total number of billings and active customers has increased by more than 15%. The overall number of branded sales, curated events, campaigns and products also has increased by 400%.
Earlier in 2014, ideel was acquired by daily deal company Groupon, and has since focused on expanding its offerings in women’s and men’s apparel, shoes and home décor.

Top categories for ideel included women’s ready-to-wear items such as dresses, sweaters, and active and intimate apparel. Accessories including designer handbags, sunglasses, watches and jewelry also saw significant growth over the holiday season. The most popular brands were Beats By Dre, Free People and Nespresso, among others.
