Catalog Spree, a company that provides personalized digital shopping experiences to consumers, has teamed up with Google to distribute targeted interactive advertisements for retailers.
The partnership is designed to allow retailers to deliver full-page, interactive ads to more than 100 million consumers on the web. As part of the partnership, Catalog Spree will create digital catalogs and lookbooks for retailers with its platform, Spree Studio. Retailers can then take this content and have it automatically republished as a Lightbox Ad on the Google Display Network.
Catalog Spree is the first publisher outside of Google itself to publish and serve Lightbox Ad content. Lightbox Ads begin as a standard ad unit, but expand into a full screen shopping experience for consumers on the web.
