We&Co Tracks Customer Service Rather Than Check-Ins

A new iPhone application from We&Co is designed to help businesses create meaningful relationships with patrons via employees’ services. The free app allows users to search and thank their favorite service professional, combining real human relationship with location-awareness.  “We&Co creates a culture of recognition and empowers employees to grow the business,” said Marc Mathieu, Co-founder of We&Co, in a press release. Additionally, retailers can movebeyond “likes” and check-ins to focus on the interaction between staff members and guests, while promoting the brand and services.


Parago Launches GoRebate Mobile For Retailers
Parago recently launched GoRebate Mobile, a mobile shopping application that allows retailers to deliver rebates to consumers based on their location by retailer or product category. The application currently is available as a free download for iPhone and Android users. GoRebate Mobile users can access rebate terms and conditions, share rebate promotions through text, email and social networks, track submitted rebates and view card balance as well as set rebate alerts. Parago’s President and CEO Juli Spottiswood noted the growth in the demographic of price-savvy consumers that rely on their smartphones to shop and research deals in a press release. “Our statistics show that of the people aware of shopping apps, 66% want to receive proactive rebate and cash-back deals,” Spottiswood said. Parago was recognized as number 20 on PROMO magazine’s 2011 PROMO 100 list of the top U.S. promotion agencies. The company delivered more than 50 million incentives in 2010.
