ATGStores.com Rebrands To The Mine, Adds A Personal Concierge

ATGStores.com, an online home furnishings retailer owned by Lowe’s, has rebranded to The Mine, to create a shopping destination for retail and commercial customers that provides designer-curated furniture, lighting and home décor. The retailer also launched Personal Concierge, which offers complimentary one-on-one shopping and order services.

“We’re revolutionizing the design industry by making it easier to create the look [customers] always wanted,” said Michelle Newbery, President of The Mine in a statement. “Personal Concierge is The Mine’s most cutting-edge brand concept. Whether you’re looking for a special item, scheduling in-home services or placing an order, we provide complimentary assistance for the entire customer journey, from design concept to project completion.”

The Mine also has partnered with top designers around the country for its 52 Weeks of Design program to share design ideas, style tips, trending products and more. The program is designed to introduce customers to leading designers and update its product selection, which is curated by Creative Director and Designer Alexa Hampton. Brands include Jonathan Adler, Bunny Williams Home and Hickory Chair.

“The Mine is leveraging the company’s design partnerships to make these brands more accessible to shoppers, many of which have never been available online until now,” said Hampton.

The new launch comes with a newly designed web site, an enhanced user experience and unique editorial content curated by Style Director and Designer Eddie Ross.

“Arming customers with product and design knowledge is central to The Mine vision,” said Ross. “We’re creating inspirational content for the site and social media, as well as a completely redesigned blog that features original material from designers, tastemakers and trendsetters from every corner of the design community.”
