Acosta, a full-service CPG sales and marketing agency, has acquired strategic marketing and sales solutions provider ActionLink. Under the purchase agreement, ActionLink will function as an operating division of Acosta.
The acquisition provides Acosta with the ability to expand its presence in the consumer electronics space and grow the company’s digital and electronics capabilities. The purchase also enables Acosta to offer clients and customers:
- High-level merchandising capabilities;
- Advanced technical display installation experience;
- Troubleshooting and reporting;
- Training abilities; and
- Greater assisted selling expertise.
Acosta’s size enables ActionLink to strengthen its value proposition and competitive position in the market, serving its clients on a larger scale and providing room for prospective business growth.
