Springbot has raised $15 million in a funding round led by North Atlantic Capital. The solution provider will use the investment to continue developing solutions that support the growth objectives of SMB retailers.
Springbot has established partnerships and platform integrations with BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce over the past several years, giving smaller retailers access to the solutions used by larger industry players. Springbot also launched Springbot Exchange, a data co-op for SMB retailers, earlier this year.

The Springbot Exchange offers Audience Expander and Onsite Abandonment features, with more capabilities planned for 2019. Audience Expander is designed to match a retailer’s anonymized customer data to identify lookalike prospects, while Onsite Abandonment helps by delivering personalized messages to shoppers who visited an online store but didn’t make a purchase.
Additional participation in the funding round came from existing investors TechOperators, TTV Capital, Harbert Growth Partners, TechSquare Labs, Forte Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.
