, a motorcycle equipment and clothing retailer, selected the hybris B2C Commerce solution to expand its omnichannel commerce capabilities. An SAP company, hybris provides e-Commerce and order management software.

Using hybris, retailers have access to a variety of service modules, including a product content management system, web content management system, and solutions for promotions and customer service.

Cycle Gear implemented hybris to provide customers with a more personalized e-Commerce experience, according to Johnny Lin, Chief Marketing Officer at Cycle Gear. “We migrated to the hybris platform because it provides open and expandable technology that enables us to build our business, and a stable platform for delivering superior customer support.”
