As many as 43% of retailers have increased store operations budgets in 2015; and another 32% report budgets at the same level as 2014.
Notably, new technology comprises 57% of budget increases. Some of the greatest upticks in new technology implementations this year include in-store WiFi for shoppers (71%) and Beacon technology (28%).
