Bluecore has launched Bluecore Mobile, a tool designed to replace blast messaging with personalized communications on mobile devices. The solution aims to enable retailers to activate their data so they can put the right messages and recommendations in front of each individual shopper through text.
Bluecore Mobile aims to help retailers offer consistent, personal experiences to their customers through mobile devices, similar to how they interact with brands elsewhere. The platform’s capabilities are designed to manage tasks including:
- Identifying and acquiring new shoppers through Tap-2-Join technology, which enables sign-up prompts on owned and third-party digital channels, including brands’ own websites, ads and social media;
- Sending SMS and MMS text messages only when mobile is predicted to be the best channel for each shopper using the Channel Affinity Model, which predicts when shoppers will be most likely to engage on mobile; and
- Predicting shoppers’ likelihood to purchase based on their affinity to things like a specific product category, availability of discounts and other factors, in order to tailor text messages around the factors that convert individual shoppers.
