- Brand and retailer mentions, which shows clients how often a brand is mentioned across social, and which retailers are mentioned alongside the brand;
- Sentiment analysis, which monitors how campaigns impact brand sentiment over time; and
- Social theme tracking, which shows consumers’ purchase intent and how they engage with products, promotions, prices and availability.
