Lowe’s has appointed James K. Han as its new Senior VP of Business Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for accelerating the company’s business development strategy in order to identify and implement growth opportunities, exponential innovation and corporate ventures. Han will report to Chief Development Officer Richard D. Maltsbarger.
“James brings a breadth of experience to Lowe’s with demonstrated success critical to our growth and development strategy,” said Maltsbarger in a statement. “He is an innovative, purpose-driven leader, well-practiced in leveraging development methods that bring commercially successful advances to large industry-leading companies. “
Han has more than 20 years of leadership experience in areas such as product management, business development, marketing, and strategy and operations. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Han served as VP of Global Marketing, Product Management and Business Development at Tyco International.
