Teradata Corporation, provider of analytics data solutions, recently introduced Interactive Customer Engagement, an Integrated Marketing Management (IMM) offering designed to help retailers deliver real-time personalized messaging to shoppers.
The new solution is a comprised of a combination of Teradata offerings, including:
- Teradata Aster, a data discovery platform;
- Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse;
- Real-Time Interaction Manager;
- Campaign Manager; and
- Digital Messaging Center.
