After running pilots in Florida and Georgia since 2017, Sally Beauty has launched its revamped loyalty program nationwide. The program represents a makeover of the retailer’s Beauty Club Program, featuring a more personalized experience with additional bonuses and exclusive member perks.
New features of the Sally Beauty Rewards program include:
• Current Beauty Club members are automatically enrolled, receiving a $5 reward and points based on their previous activity;
• No annual membership fee, and new members receive a $5 reward certificate for joining;
• Members earn 10 points for every $1 spent in stores or at SallyBeauty.com, and a $5 reward certificate for every 500 points ($50 spent) that can be used like cash on products;
• Spending $200 in one year qualifies customers for an Elite Membership, which offers 25% more rewards on every dollar spent and free shipping for online orders; and
• Members get double points during their birthday month along with other personalized offers throughout the year.
