Mulberry Group, an English luxury brand, has selected supply chain management solutions from JDA Software and will deploy the solutions via JDA Cloud Services. The implementation of JDA Demand and JDA Fulfillment will help improve customer service, drive operational efficiency and create a more responsive supply chain for the luxury retailer, according to a JDA press release:
“Supply chains are constantly evolving and changing,” said Tom Powell, Head of the Supply Chain Management Project for Mulberry. “As a business we need to ensure that we have a stable platform to deliver our growth plans, ensuring long term scalability and continued operational excellence delivering a luxury product, service and experience to our customers.”
Mulberry operates 110 stores that offer a selection of products including leather goods, women’s wear, accessories and footwear.
