Lucky Brand has implemented NetSuite OneWorld to run its B2C and B2B wholesale operations. This new solution offers the scalability the retailer needs to facilitate planned future growth, including these features:
- Multi-location inventory management;
- Data-driven commerce marketing; and
- Real-time reporting and analytics.
After being acquired by a private equity firm in 2014, Lucky Brand chose to step away from its legacy ERP platforms and look at both on-premise and cloud-based options. NetSuite OneWorld is a native cloud solution that offered the agility and flexibility the retailer was looking for. Lucky Brand already was using the Bronto Marketing Platform (now part of the NetSuite offerings) for commerce marketing automation.

“NetSuite’s modern, cloud-based platform has helped enable our business transformation,” said Jason Richard, CIO of Lucky Brand. “We’re now equipped with a highly scalable, flexible platform to streamline complex retail processes and gain complete, real-time financial and inventory visibility across the business to enable a superior omnichannel customer experience.”
Lucky Brand currently sells direct to consumers via its e-Commerce web site and 259 retail locations, and distributes through large retail partners, including Macy’s, Dillard’s and Nordstrom.
