The Traffic Intelligence solution from Tyco provides FJ Benjamin with data on shopper conversion rates in each store as well metrics on the performance of individual brands.
Individual store-level traffic and sales data offers FJ Benjamin detailed intelligence into how many shoppers convert to buyers, and how much money they spend per visit. The retailer also can maximize shopper-to-associate ratio by analyzing peak traffic times.
