Farmacorp, a Bolivian pharmacy chain, will deploy Reflexis Systems’ Q-Walk store audit solution at more than 100 stores, to streamline on-site inspections and automatically prescribe corrective tasks. This will help managers quickly understand how a specific location is performing compared to corporate expectations and peer stores, helping them prioritize which locations to visit.
Q-Walk will enable managers to create standardized question sets and surveys for all critical functions at the locations, including cleanliness, merchandising sets, loss prevention and compliance. Additionally, mobile on-site audits will help field managers more consistently identify non-compliance and give corporate stakeholders real-time visibility into inspection results and corrective actions.
“We’re excited to work with Reflexis Systems to modernize our in-store inspections and take real-time, corrective actions,” said Andrés Valdivieso, CIO of Farmacorp in a statement. “Q-Walk’s mobile capabilities will unleash our frontline associates to respond quickly to resolve any identified issues, improving the customer experience.”
