Dana Harder Joins Retail TouchPoints

Leading retail executive Dana Harder joined Retail TouchPoints (RTP) and G3 Communications to help advance innovative, multi-media initiatives. She also is leading the launch of Channel Marketer Report, a new targeted e-media publication focused on channel trends, industry benchmarks and leading solutions.

Harder brings a number of years of key experience to G3 and Retail TouchPoints. Prior to joining G3, she worked with tekservePOS for 7 years. At tekservePOS, she launched a marketing department from the ground up — including establishing the brand in the retail space, social media, web site, and trade show presence. “They had nothing (in terms of marketing) when I began,” she noted. “I established a formal partner program which now includes 40 partners, and created a conference in the industry that many retailers and OEMs say is the best conference they attend all year in the space.”

On joining G3, Harder noted: “Three years ago RTP approached me as a marketer about the idea of thought leadership and content for lead generation. RTP was the first media partner in the BtoB retail technology space to come to me with something new and refreshing, which was a game changer for us. Tekserve has been a customer ever since. Harder also will be leading G3’s efforts in the launch of Channel Marketer Report, a targeted e-media publication covering the latest solutions, trends and strategies to help vendors and their partners optimize their marketing, both to and through their partner networks.

Channel Marketer Report (CMR) will highlight solutions and processes designed to help marketing executives track results and sales leads across a complex, tiered marketing structure. In addition, CMR will provide prescriptive “how-to” articles, offering guidance for VARs and independent agents eager to increase sales.
