Joe Egan, Central Regional Sales Manager for Touch Dynamic explained the company’s line of touch technology products. “There’s a lot of buzz about mobile POS,” he noted. “There is a lot of apprehension about what is coming next.” Egan believes that mobile POS will totally change the dynamic of the restaurant business and the end users must be educated. “They will increase table turns, increase sales, be able to handle a bigger section and reduce labor costs.” New product announcements from Touch Dynamic included a new 17-inch screen for its Breeze payment terminal; every all-in-one unit is now available with a printer in the base.
